As a Scrum Master through Techamana, you'll facilitate the Scrum process for development teams. You'll coach teams on agile practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality
- Help remove impediments to the team's progress
- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and principles
- Experience facilitating Scrum events and removing impediments
- Ability to foster servant leadership and team autonomy
- Familiarity with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
