I've been in internet tech since the mid-nineties as a system and database administrator before moving laterally into training, mentoring and project management. Since then I have built a decade's experience as an agile leader, coach and process manager. I've worked in industries from petabyte-scale storage management to new media, from educational writing to warehouse management, from retail to utilities. I have particular interests in data management and reporting, as well as disaster readiness and recovery. These experiences have prepared me to deliver presentations to the C-suite, and speak to coalface SMEs about the risks and realities on the ground. My attitude: No job too big or too small - can do!
