Build an advanced multi-hop system with 100 percentage of source visual info as validation for the complex engineering maintainance manuals of rail domain. I dealt with 6000+ pages from six interconnected volumes of rail data where the information is scattered across mulitple volumes in un sequential manner. I contributed custom etl scripts for efficient domain processing and also contributed custom grained retreival architectures for dense, sparse, multi-hop, user typo, exact match, keyword and descriptive searches in a unified single modeled architecture.

The main goal of the project is to provide the available visual info as a proof to the user question for avoiding the hallucinated answers in the llm generated response. I designed the architectures for the pdf and youtube video. Where in the youtube video, the goal is to find the relevant frame to the user question along with llm generated answer.
