As Co-Founder and Lead Developer at Clevero, I led a dynamic development team, overseeing the entire lifecycle of robust web applications, from initial design to final deployment. My hands-on involvement spanned the full stack, with a specialisation in client-side UI/UX development, alongside significant contributions to back-end systems and database architecture. I was instrumental in establishing high standards for coding, security, and performance across projects, and successfully developed and maintained internal libraries to enhance the company's suite of enterprise applications. My personal development contributions were deeply technical, involving the design and implementation of engaging user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern front-end tools like Vite.js. I also architected and built scalable back-end services with Node.js and Express.js, and designed and managed PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance. A significant aspect of my individual work was developing reusable component libraries with tools such as Rollup.js and Webpack.js, which were deployed across our enterprise applications to streamline development and ensure consistency. In my leadership capacity, I balanced technical development with comprehensive team management. This included mentoring developers, fostering their professional growth, and managing project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. I played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into clear deliverables, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring our technology initiatives aligned with overarching business objectives, thereby cultivating a collaborative environment geared towards innovation and continuous improvement.

This application serves as a tool for people playing the online game Guild Wars 2. It serves two main purposes: 1. It provides a clean and customizable view of all in-game events, allowing users to track which events they have attended and which rewards they have received for participation. 2. It gives users a fully customisable todo-style checklist of their in-game goals, with the ability to have these checklist items reset daily or weekly based on the game's server reset times. This project was built using React and functions as a client-side application. All data for running the app is stored in the browser's local storage, eliminating the need for any external servers or databases. I built the todo checklist's rich text editor fully from the ground up to satisfy my specific requirements. I built this application after identifying a need within the community. I launched it through a Reddit post, which includes various screenshots and a more detailed description of the features, as well as some user feedback: https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/1h6xw7w/tides_of_tyria_your_aesthetic_guild_wars_2_event/

This ongoing personal project was born from my desire for a visually appealing stopwatch that works seamlessly across both mobile and desktop browsers. Beyond basic timing functionality, I've implemented distinctive features not commonly found in standard stopwatch applications: - Zen Mode: When activated, this mode hides the elapsed time while the stopwatch runs. This innovative feature helps users who find themselves distracted by watching seconds tick away, allowing them to maintain focus on their task rather than the timer itself. - History Tracking: Currently under development, this feature will maintain a comprehensive log of all recorded times. Users will be able to review their timing history at a glance and add personalized notes to each entry, making it perfect for tracking workout sessions, study intervals, or any timed activity requiring documentation. The application is being crafted with SvelteKit for its efficient reactivity system and Tailwind CSS for a responsive, customizable interface that maintains visual consistency across all devices. The minimalist design prioritises usability while providing a calming user experience.
