Over the course of my 25+ year career in software, I have continually been at the leading edge and have found ways to be a part of emerging trends. This has included, cloud and PaaS native architectures, IoT systems, Edge computing and analytics and more. I have been in an architect role for the past 10 years at various companies and I have remained hands on because I value technical ability and don't want to become outdated. Drove cloud-centric innovation by co-architecting Dell’s first managed edge computing platform, integrating NATS and OpenTelemetry for scalable orchestration of remote endpoints. Spearheaded a major redesign of platform services for AWS, leveraging Lambda, EC2, VPC, and CloudWatch to enhance cloud-native performance and reliability. Led the technical design of Azure-hosted retail solutions, using ARM templates to streamline and standardize cloud deployments.
