Oversee a team of 25+ IT professionals for a $27 million contract to successfully manage a suite of seven applications to support 24x7x365 mission critical operations for DHS. • Successfully executed 40+ releases of new features and enhance existing features each year with 0 roll backs. • Consistently received 4 years of Exceptional CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting Systems) for all evaluation areas. • Promote Agile practices accomplishing highest level agile assessment each quarter scoring 95/100. • Oversee the migration of applications to AWS. • Accomplish the development of fully automated zero downtime Blue/Green deployment pipelines. Our team was the first team in ICE to accomplish this feature. • Oversee the integration and migration of application and pipeline solutions such as Liquibase, Jenkins - CloudBees, Fortify, SonarQube, and POC of serverless solutions for our applications • Work closely with customers and project stakeholders (OCIO and ERO) to ensure their prioritized backlog have been delivered in a timely manner with little to no defects. • Manage T&M monthly and yearly forecast and cost control to ensure project team stays within ceiling of project funding. We have successfully utilized 99.98+ % of awarded funds for each Option Year and consistently increased net profit by 2+% each year. • Support Scrum Master with Agile ceremonies and generate reports for monthly deliverables. • Build and manage customer relationships and promote project capabilities to assist in business development and proposal writing efforts. • Work with other DHS Project Managers within the company to ensure consistency in program support, customer service, contractual obligations, and business development within DHS.
