Client –Wawa, an American chain of convenience stores and gas stations • Created the Wawa brand via the creation of playful, reliable, and utility guidelines in addition to an accessible digital design system drawn across brand collateral, presentation decks, website, motion, packaging, social posts, and production design for B2C customers. • Contributed to the successful launch redesign of the Wawa marketing website from CMS, Kentico, to the new CMS, Amplience, increasing project efficiency and saving budget without development resourcing allocated. • Provided ongoing Wawa campaign designs (Hoagiefest, SchwarberFest, etc.) on time and within budget by researching, designing, presenting, and prototypes across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Researched best practices and current trends for developing digital content for social media such as Instagram and TikTok, achieving the “Best Use of TikTok in Content Marketing” for driving brand love for Wawa in the 2022 Content Marketing Awards. The campaign increased its followers by more than 1875% in 2021. • Revamped the Wawa hiring campaign and developed campaign briefs for photoshoots used in brand collaborations for summer 2024 to produce large signages, Canva flyer templates, and social media strategy from concept to completion, achieving the goal of hiring close to 1.500 new associates for the summer season. Client –Fiserv, a global fintech and payments company • Worked closely with the cross-functional team from early concept mockups, component creation, and rapid iteration to final designs in conjunction with research and conceptual exploration for each batch. • Conducted design QA with developers for proper asset handoff in Figma to reduce design implementation time and ensure adequate deliverable quality.
